Filmmaker Clare Chun's fourth film, 'Shelter in Place,' is currently touring various film festivals. It premiered at Cannes Film Festival and received accolades, including Best Actress at the Toronto International Women's Film Festival. It also screened at the Palm Springs International Animation Festival, ANIMAZE Film Festival in Montreal, Canada, Lady Filmmaker's Film Festival in Beverly Hills, CA, and the Joy House Film Festival in Sydney, Australia, where it was honored with the Best Female Filmmaker Award.
Her past credits include award winning Currency of Love. Her sophomore effort AFK won Best Woman's Film by L'Age d'Or International Arthouse Film Festival and boasts the largest crew of prolific women in the Seattle film community as well as a very diverse cast. Her first film Park's Epiphany was her directorial debut and entry into HBO's Asian Pacific American Visionaries 2018 Short Film competition which explored the themes of self image against the backdrop of westernized beauty ideals.
Clare prior to directing has a decade of experience as a professional actress. Clare participated in the Cast Iron Studio/TNT/Portland Film office Talent Diversity Initiative. She produces content for #womeninfilm , encourages #talentdiversity and isn't afraid to explore the ugly oppressive isms of society (i.e. sexism, racism, classism and ageism) in her films.
She acted in an award winning 48 Hour Horror Film Cooking with Clare that won several awards including #sea48hfp17 "Best in City 2017," screened at Filmapalooza Spring 2018 in Paris and has screened at various film festivals all over the US 2017-2018.
Kristina is an acting coach, actor and writer based in Portland, Oregon. She has over 30 years of experience in film, television, voiceover and theater. Credits include Adam Sandler's "You Don't Mess with the Zohan”, sketch performing on "Late Night with Conan O'Brien”, appearances in TV and film projects including “Valley of the Dolls,”
Kristina is an acting coach, actor and writer based in Portland, Oregon. She has over 30 years of experience in film, television, voiceover and theater. Credits include Adam Sandler's "You Don't Mess with the Zohan”, sketch performing on "Late Night with Conan O'Brien”, appearances in TV and film projects including “Valley of the Dolls,” "Tracktown,” “Trinkets,” “In the Vault” and a long list of award-winning independent films (Sundance, AFI). Most recently she was cast in the role of Lauren in Joma Films indie SAG feature “Pelican” and in the role of Cassie in the SAG feature “Dead Deer High” directed by Jo Rochelle.
She’s performed in dozens of plays and in political theater in Los Angeles and has performed her one person environmentally themed show “Save Sheldon!!” throughout the United States. She originated the role of Tess Formicola in J.D. Lewis’ politically charged critically acclaimed play “AmerWrecka” which had its debut at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and has had subsequent runs in Los Angeles and at the Unfringed Festival in Limerick, Ireland.
She debuted her original show, “Miss Ethnic Non-Specific” to sold out audiences in Portland, Oregon and is currently adapting the show to film with director/writer Clare Chun. She performed in the role of “Atoosa” in the Profile Theater’s Original play “Claudia: A Viral Love Story” and she also wrote and performed as our Lady of the Infinite Night Sky in “Refuge” a theatrical installation at Shaking the Tree Theater in Portland.
Over the last decade Kristina has also been a successful acting coach with the Actor’s Lab in Los Angeles and Portland, Oregon. She is proud to have been one of the acting coaches who has worked with the Cast Iron Studios in 2016, 2017 and 2018 on their Talent Diversity Initiative. More on Kristina Here.

Lana is a member of the Television Academy and the Casting Society, and serves on the Executive Board of the International Casting Directors Association, headquartered in Berlin. She splits her time between Portland, Oregon and Vienna, Austria.
